| Zero or "O" in upper left corner when disabled
Group,
When the gallery is disabled a little zero or "O" in the upper left hand corner of the screen appears right above the two little nav bit arrows.
Does anyone know what causes this, what it is for, or if it is even suppose to be there?
This shows up on my regular install as well as my test site, so I know its not any hacks or stuff that I have installed or does outside of a basic install.
Thanks
Doug

Also it only happens when the message board is enabled and the gallery is disabled.
If the both board and gallery are disabled it doesnt show up.

dcpaq2,
Does it happen with all of your styles, in particular the default style? What version of Gallery are you running? What it should be showing is the 'gallery is turned' off warning at the top of the screen like it does when the forums are turned off.
On my personal site running vB 3.5.2 and Gallery 1.0.1 it shows the message as expected with the forums turned on and the gallery turned off.

This is happening on my test board with a bare bone basic install of both programs, no mods, no extra themes, everything is a fresh installation of the latest versions, not logged in, just viewing as a guest.

Never mind the above... I'm seeing it on my test site as well now. I'll dig deeper.

| dcpaq2: In your /gallery/gallery_globa.php file find the following and remove the ", 0" from it... Quote: |
eval(standard_error($vba_options['gallery_closedmessage'], 0));

8 other places? What other areas need to be fixed if we already have this installed and dont want to remove it and reinstall it with the fixed version?
Also when can we expect to see this fixed on the downloads for the latest version in the members area?
Next version release? Or has the current version download already been fixed and reuploaded to the members area for download?
Could you please let us know what you plan to do or have already done?
Thanks
Doug

Thank you Zachariah
I just want to make sure I have all the changes made, I really dont want to have to uninstall and then reinstall anything to get these updated.
This way I can manually go in and check things and change if neccessary.
Thanks

P.S.
Im currently using version 1.0.2, I guess I must have been using an earlier version to 1.0.1 when I posted my original message? Hmmm.
Oh well maybe I dont need to do any edits after all.
