What's wrong with password recovery?!

Hi,
I should be a verified customer (I bought vbgallery in October 2005), but I can't login here! I know the customer base has been transferred here from vbadvanced, and my info is somewhere in there, BUT to log in under my verified customer nick (aksi78) I need a new password that I cannot get from you!!!
I tried your password recovery system many times, but still get nothing!
And your customer support is not responding either!
