Members Area Access

Hi Team,

Just want to let you know that my Members Area access has not been extended automatically, as per the various posts reagarding vBGallery branding-free customers (of which I am one).

Please can you correct this for me? Many thanks.

Incidentally, I would have submitted a ticket but the ticket system from the Members Area currently links to the bug system!

Per the thread that explains about the free year's member extention you would need to send an email to sales@photopost.com. There is no automatic extention. You would update your software and give them a link. They then in turn check our your install to verify you are indeed running the updated copyright and will complimentarily extend your license access one year.
