New Posts Indicator Issue

Im having trouble with the New Posts Indicator no resetting itself after visiting the new file upload.

Does anyone know what "Might" be causing this not to clear out after visiting?

HMM I do believe that is cookie based. It sounds to me like your cookie is not updating. I know at times I need to view a forum maybe twice for it to update. As to the exact cause I can not say.
