upgrade from rc4 - 1.0.1vb3.5

I had my host mirror my site for a test
I followed the instructions like explained but not paying attention I hit install by mistake instead of upgrade.

so I canceled out of it and went to try it again using upgrade, I get this msg.

So I then uploaded all files and tried it again, to no avail. So then i just redidtemplates and such. then said heck with it and did a install( due to some problems)

so now I have the pics but they wont show in the gallery, which works fine except for the vbadvaced homepage I get errors( will work on this later)

How can I get my pictures back in the gallery to view? I can see them when in maintence and thats it.

Geeze I hope this made some sence , Basically instead of hitting upgrade I hit install and now my pics wont show( guess I should have said that

)

AdminCP = > vBa Gallery = > Maintenance

- Update Category Counters
- Update Image Information
- Rebuild Image Sizes
- Rebuild Image Info

I would run 1 @ a time and check on your results.

Tried that nothing.

When I run scan database I can see the links and the pics.

I think using install instead of upgrade messed me all up.

Any ideas ? how can I reupgrade. if not what files does the upgreade change so I can manually change them?

I too received this message when attempting an upgrade from v1.0.1 to v1.0.2. Anyone else have this problem?

Figured I would bring this back up, started to upgrade my other board azbasszone.com.

again I mirrored the whole board for a test board.
again with version v1.0.2 I had the same problems all my cat. and pictures are missing. they are in the dirs and show on the forums but cant see them in the gallery.
How do I get them back?
there is over a gig of pictures and a bunch of catagories.

on one of the other boards ( a bunch of months ago)everything worked except it dropped one of my members catagories. while his pics are still visible in the dirs and forum he has vanished from the gallery page.( this board has over 1.7 gigs of pictures)

any help would be appreciated. I just renewed one of my licence's and I have 2 more to renew but I am going to hold off until this problem gets fixed or taken care of.

Thanks for fixing it, it works just fine.

now for that second part, on the other forum where it dropped one of my members a few weeks after it was installed.

I was able to find a repair ticket from Brian when it had happened a year or so ago and read the ticket very carefully to try to understand it.

I went to the database and found all the members pictures.( I dont go into the databases at all so I was very careful)
where do I find the url? and I also couldnt find a place to edit it.( the parent does say none on his gallery permission page.)
