How Do I obtain an upgrade

Hi

I have the photopost product but unfortunately I have had a major crash and I am trying to obtain the relevant upgrade and also continued support for the product. I can't seem to do any backups and need help in this area

Look forward to your valued help

Jeff

To obtain the download you would sign into your members area and download the product. If you do not have access you might need to renew member support but the link to the members area is on the menubar above.

Okay let's see if we can steer you in the right direction

Here is the members area

https://www.photopost.com/members/members.pl

Now if you have forgotten or misplaced your credentials to sign into the members area you can at any time enter the email address on file for the license and email yourself a copy by going to this page

My licence should be valid too, I just bought it in October last year.
But i don't get it.. Do we have another login and password for a membersarea? Or do we have to use licence number and some password???

For the member's area you use License username and password not your forum signin. To gain access to the download you must have current member's access. If you purchased PhotoPost over a year ago your member's access should be expired.

Trust me to be the unusual one. Its been about 4hrs now and I'm still waiting. One can't be in a hurry here. Thought I could set this up and be away to something. Obviously not happening now...
