Can't log in to member area..

For some reason, the member area is no longer taking my username and password to download PhotoPost vBGallery.. It's telling me they're invalid.

The arcade isn't doing too bad, although John hasn't been around for a while and I'm basically trying to handle support on my own. Not easy when you've never studied code properly in your life..
