error bug vb 3.5.2 and gallery

Im running vB 3.5.2 and after picture upload the link looks like

Sensimilla, you're seeing the literal text "$vba_options[gallery_title]" being displayed? Have you modified any of your templates or phrases? Are you seeing any other strange behavior anywhere else?

The only phrase I see that contains that text is: adv_gallery_imageupload_approve

And it should default to:
