I found where to email support and just sent a message off. Am I missing something or am I able to merge accounts myself? If so, I can't see where or how - all my contact details in the License/Downloads section are uneditable. I'll PM you with a copy of the email message I just sent to support.

Nope your talking about trying to change your license email. Basically I will forward that ticket to sales. Usually to change the email addy on file for a license you just need to send an email to sales to change it from the email addy on file. If you cant access that email then most likely they are going to ask for proof of ownership in some form.
