Ok as of yesterday I can not view my index page of vbgallery. Nothing new has been done to the site in some time. So I come here and see you have an announcement about being a verified member. So I go and do as instructed. Says my email address is already in use. So I reset my address that you say is in use and I get this name here: imported_Itworx4me. I also have the same name on your board as Itworx4me. Can you please merge both name into the Itworx4me name please. And then please answer my first question that I asked about?

The index page wouldn't just stop working without some type of cause; did you do any other changes to the board recently? Upgrade to 3.5.2? Install anything new?

Your name should be merged now.

Still not showing up as licensed. Can you please fix this?

ITworx: I'm not a licensed consultant, I'm simply stating my opinion, I may be wrong.

i belive the license verification script is run via a cronjob. as a result, the script runs hourly, or daily (or whatever the programmer set it to)

when i registered, I had to wait a few hours (i went to bed) and in the morning i was verified. Chuck merged you 4 hours ago, mabey try waiting a few more hours to see if the script runs?
