Email subscriptions
 

I just found an error. I searched these forums and could not find any where where it was mentioned before.

When I subscribe to a photo in the gallery by selecting RECEIVE EMAIL UPDATES. I do get an update that there is a new reply posted to this photo. But the issue is that is does not direct me to the photo that it is referring to. It does but it does not give it properly. Here is the message and the error when I click on the link in the message.

When I click the link listed I get the following error:

Can I get any support on this?

I am rippng apart the function to see if it is the code. I'll keep you updated on my findings.

Thanks Zach. I will try and be patient and wait a while before I bug you again. LOL

Try making sure you download the distribution and reupload and reinstall your templates just in case.

I have looked at the function and tested this function and it seems to function and I do not see anything out of place code wise.

I have the same issue and rebuilding the templates was not the solution to the problem.

Any ideat what i can do to solve this?

I will have Zach look at it he is the resident vbGallery expert. Using the download from the members area I dont see an issue with it so its best he respond here.

I see a few problems:

1)

This gives an error:
- $idname is only used in VB3.0 not VB3.5.
Did you upgrade to VB3.5 and not update to the 3.5 ver of the gallery ?

(file replacement and run installer)
