Your Message Is too Short

my members are complaing about a bug while they are trying to comment on pictures in gallery. This usually happens when it is the first comment and posted via quick reply. ıf they go to advanced reply then they dont face an error. Is there a way to get rid of this ?

Lizard King,

I think this is an issue that has not been resolved yet. If it's the problem I'm thinking of then if the message text is blank and they click "Go advanced" then the error occurs but if the message is not blank and the click "Go advanced" then the issue does not happen.

Can you confirm if that is what's happening? If it is then I'll move this thread to the Bugs area so Michael can add it to his list of things to check out.

Thanks

Hi Kevin :)
It happens if a member will try to send the message from quick reply and it happens usually on the first comment. Even the message character number is more then the vBulletin settings they receive this error.
When they switch to advanced reply then they never face a problem so I think the problem is same as you mentioned.

Edit : I believe it might be an issue with permission because i never faced this problem as administrator permissions.
