Fatal Error Prob
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: globalize() in /home/phoenix/public_html/hybridarmy/forum/admincp/vbagallery_install.php on line 5163

I have no idea how to get it to work

Hello are you trying to install the 3.0 version of vBGallery on VB 3.5?

I suggest you download the 3.5 version and try your install.
