And you've definitely uploaded all of the files to the /gallery folder? If yes, then I'd suspect a bad URL setting somewhere. Can you provide a link to gallery?

Actually i just figure it out a hot minute ago. It turns out that I needed to chmod the files in the gallery to 755 instead of 777 and it works. Sorry for inconvinience this thread may have caused.

Cool. Thanks for letting us know what the solution was; I haven't come across that problem before so I'll add the solution to my list of 'problems and their possible fixes'.

No problem, glad I could help. Sadly it seems I found another problem however. I decided to test my gallery some, so I posted some test pics and decided to test comment on them. Uploading the pics seems to work fine so far but when i go to comment on a pic it says this; "No Image specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator". If any you have any idea what might be causing this, id really appreciate any input.

TGH, so the upload process works completely but when you are viewing the pic and click on the button to add a comment is when that error occurs?

Yepper thats what happened, but I think i may have figured out how to solve this one as well. I went to usergroup permssions and made it so peoples comments wouldnt have to be moderated and then everyone comments except admins seemed to work fine. So then i went to the admin usergroup permissions and saw that it already was set to dont moderate pics and comments so i just clicked "save". I think this may have solved the problem, at least I hope so.
