user can view thumbs but not larger images

he gets this error..

I have checked his permissions, seems to be ok, I added him to a test usergroup to see if that matters, I did edit his username but not sure if he had the problem before that or not.. also he has tried on 2 differant computers..

So far he is the only one with the problem.. any ideas?

Check his usergroup permissions, and also check the permissions on any secondary groups he may be a member of.

I actualy have checked those, he is a member of only 1 group and others dont have the problem.. Im kinda at a loss
