| Message posted from quick reply is lost
After upgrading to 3.5 when a user posts a message via quick reply and hits submit then nothing is posted! Just a blank message with nothing in it. The normal editor however, works correctly...
Any ideas?
(This is my first attempt to get support after vbadvanced Gallery became Photopost vbGallery. Let's see if the support really sucks or it's just rumors )
Btw anotherr question... If I just change the copyright phrase to "Powered by Photopost vbGallery" do I get the extra year? I am trying to avoid a fresh install as I have some modifications in the Gallery... |

e-steki,
For the license thing, after you update the footer send an email to "sales@photopost.com" to request the license dates be extended.
I believe the QR issue is related to a template change; I'm looking now for it.
EDIT: OK, the QR problem you're describing doesn't match either of the ones that I was thinking about. Have a link handy to check out?

I had the same problem with the links and Brian fixed it.
Do they have support tickets here? I will login in the members area to submit one but currently I don't have mu license info as I received the mail on another computer |

Oh and cheers to the support here over a week and no one even said they were looking at it. I'm willing to give you guys a chance so please at least respond to a problem.

Oh and I don't have permission to see the New "Verified Customer" Tag link in your sig :S | I have not been informed as of a deadline yet.
- I have had my head stuck in review of errors and finding ways to fix them.
- playing w/ gallery forumhome / portal add ons.
- working templates into the installer so that VB updates do not need reinstall.
- and new toys TBA
opps kiled the link in sig
