Cannot view gallery at all

was working perfect, now just blank screens shows up when trying to access the gallery page?

Edit* after reading through various posts in this forum regarding this issue, I have decided to submit a support
ticket. Prompt response will be greatly appreciated.

What is the 'expected' turnaround time on support tickets? I understand you all may be slightly overwhelmed with requests, but is there some type of administrative system in handling those? at least giving us a status (i.e., johndoe is handling your request, there is (this many) people ahead of you at the moment.

before I go and reinstall anything with the possibly of losing my current setup, I would like to know if there is a simple solution being overlooked regarding this.

*Generally* support tickets are looked into within 24 hours after they are submitted. I've still got a few posts to finish reading through on the forums and then will be moving onto support tickets shortly after.

It looks like the problem was that your templates were missing, which can sometimes happen after upgrading vBulletin. I've just ran the option to reinstall the templates from the install file and things seem to be working fine now.
