What is the 'expected' turnaround time on support tickets? I understand you all may be slightly overwhelmed with requests, but is there some type of administrative system in handling those? at least giving us a status (i.e., johndoe is handling your request, there is (this many) people ahead of you at the moment.
before I go and reinstall anything with the possibly of losing my current setup, I would like to know if there is a simple solution being overlooked regarding this.
