I can't make "Open Original in New Window" work

I can't make "Open Original in New Window" work.
I have tried again and again, and does not work, when I click on a thumbnail the image opens in the same window.

Open Original in New Window is set to "yes" And 'Save Originals' option set to 'Yes'. So I dont know what is taha Im doing wrong....

That causes the original image to be opened in a new window, not the medium sized one. You won't have an original sized image unless the image that was uploaded is larger than the dimensions you have specified in the 'Edit Filetypes' section of your admin cp.
