Not enough chars

When trying to reply to a post in the gallery i am getting this error

1. Please complete both the subject and message fields.
2. The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 0 characters.

But i can not find where to change this at all.

Are you running vB 3.5.1? If so, that's probably a bug that's popped up from some changes in vB.
