Cant find upload folder

When trying to uplad an image I get this error.

"An error occurred while attempting to create a folder for your files. If the problem persists, please notify the "webmaster"

I looked in the settings and the links look correct.

Are you sure that you have your gallery/files folder chmod to 777 and you have your 'Files Path' option set correctly under your main vBa Gallery settings?

oh I chmod my gallery folder enstead of my files folder. Thanks a bunch. gosh I was stumped for the longest. Sorry for the bump.

I had the same problem, checked the chmod which was 777 but the culprit was the file paths in admincp, duh!!

and you have your 'Files Path' option set correctly under your main vBa Gallery settings?
