Known issues with uploading??

Got a couple users that are claiming they cant upload.

one says after they upload and click Proceed, it returns to same page but doesnt do anything.

One is a moderator too.

Have you recently moved servers, or is your server running in safe mode? Can you ask your moderator to hit Ctrl+F5 on the first upload page to be sure that they are not pulling the page from cache and then try uploading?
