Fresh install error..?? Really Stuck..!!

Hi -
I've done a fresh install of 3.5 Gold and the correct version of Gallery.. but when I try to view the gallery I get the error messge:

Warning: chdir(): No such file or directory (errno 2) in /home/*****/public_html/home/forum/gallery/gallery_global.php on line 17

Warning: main(./global.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/*****/public_html/home/forum/gallery/gallery_global.php on line 47

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required './global.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/******/public_html/home/forum/gallery/gallery_global.php on line 47

I've searched the forums but not found the solution yet...

ANy ideas..??
