Replies / Last Post

I just moved from phpbb to vb 3.5.0 This weekend. Sat. I also purchased vba gallery and it seems to be working pretty good so far.

I have one problem though, some pictures show 0 replies when they have more than 1, others show 0 replies and a "Last Post". Others show neither. Do I have a setting wrong, or is this a glitch? Any help would be appreciated.

I updated the "counters" and they showed up. Do I have to do this everytime, or just the first time?

The counters should be updated after every reply...
