Does the gallery use a different template for it's navbar? I recently made some changes in the vb navbar template but they don't show in gallery and links!!

Well, have a look in my site and you'll see it's different!
Does anyone has any idea why that happened?

They look the same to me, other than the broken images. You need to use the full path to the images, and not a relative path.

No, you don't have to put them in another folder if you fix all your image paths like you're supposed to. Duplicating all those images is unnecessary and messy.

Admin CP => Style Manager => {select style} => All Style Options => Image Paths
Just make sure each option there has the full URL to the image ( http://yoursite.com/forum/images/whatever) and you won't have any problems.

Admin CP => vBa Gallery => Modify Settings
Copy the filenames listed in your Navbar Replacements option to your Header Replacements option.

Why when pictures end with *.gif no thumbnail ? | You're most likely using a version of GD that doesn't support .gif images. You would either need to have your host upgrade your version of GD, or get them to install ImageMagick instead.

Can you post a link to your gallery? I'm not seeing it anywhere in the link you have listed with your license...
