Problem with Mass Edit/Delete in MODCP

When clicking the Mass Edit/Delete option in the modcp it doesnt do anything except give a error on page message.

what gives?

I get this error when I click the Mass Edit/Delete in "edit categories"

You didn't upload the 3.5 version of that file when you upgraded.
