So, tell me....how long does it take to receive tech support (that I have paid for) after I open a ticket?

It usually takes a bit longer when you're stealing images and such from the site you purchased the product from.

Sorry, you are wrong. Those are from www.extremepixels.com where I purchased the entire set of graphics from Bob for every single style has produced.
