filmstrip is only for me visible but not for other users

I checked every options in the acp settings but don't know whats wrong.
If I am logged in as a normal registred user there is no filmstrip (it is enabled), also if clicking above the image to next or past there is coming a vBulletin-Systemmessage and not the next image.
If I am logged in as administrator everything is showing fine and working.
Please help.

Sounds like you have something weird set with your permissions...
