Some uploading bugs

Because no having write permission for the bug section I'll put it here.
Following: If in the default settings the maximum description is set to 250 but in the image description I want to upload is more than this, after uploading its not showing an error, looks same it was uploaded succesfull.
Second issue, if upload an image its only coming everytime "no images to display", why can it not showing anything same "5 images uploaded succesfull" ?
Third issue, if I have in the acp settings custom fields the option "field is necessary" enabled and I fill out the image description and forget a necessary field it is coming:
Parse error: parse error in /home/httpd/vhosts/mydomain/httpdocs/forum/includes/functions_gallery_imageedit.php(470) : eval()'d code on line 1

i dont know about the other problems (if I upload 5 images it works for me and displays the images unless there was an error...)

but I had the parse error also and brian fixed it
