i posted this before but it remained unnoticed as it was as a 3rd post of a topic that had nothing to do with it...
in displayimage.php the $categoryperms are fetched.. but then i cant find the line where they are actually checked...
shouldnt there be in the 3.5 version something like in the 3.08 version:

otherwise i think i could fetch the original even though i'm not allowed.. (and that even on another site)
But maybe the permissions are allready checked where i didnt see it...
