Um, the domain I want to use my Gallery license on isn't fully setup yet. The domain is regged and the nameservers set, but the actual hosting account hasn't been created yet. The owner of the server is understandable busy. My test vBulletin installation is, of course, unreachable by the public. With these conditions in mind, how do I set the installation url in the member's center in order to download? Is it permissable to use an existing url, also owned by me, just for this purpose, and then update the url with the correct infomation later? How should I go about this?

Yes, using your existing URL for now and then changing it once you get the other one set up will be fine.
