another teeny weeny prob with custom fields

still using my multiple required checkbox custom field at upload...
it is required.. and after brians fix the user cannot upload if it is not set...

thats how its supposed to work

but
when he goes to edit his picture.. he can unset all the checkboxes and....
he can save the picture..

result.. none of the checkboxes are set even though the custom field is required..

just wanted to point it out.. but its not a major issue.. as
i will change it to a dropbox so that issue will not interfere anymore.. as there is always something selected.
