install error with vb 3.0.8

hi,

I just made a clean vbulletin 3.0.8 install and when i run the vbagallery_install.php il get the following error : Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/luckske/cinema4d.be/public_html/vb/admincp/vbagallery_install.php on line 49.
Does anyone know what i did wrong or do i have to change anything ?
