Install Error
 
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/unholy/public_html/includes/adminfunctions_gallery.php on line 282

ok my gallery_config is edited
my forums are in root i get this error upon install
i just installed 3.5 rc1
any suggestions
in the readme file it didnt say anything about editing admincp/index.php
this is a scratch install!

Go back to the download page and make sure you select the 3.5 version under the 'Version' select box, then upload those files.

the problem that i found that i had was in the gallery_config I had a trailer /
took it off then ran in stall it told me it was allready installed

I will uninstall then reinstall to see what happens

The config file would not affect the install file in any way...

Then you still have the vB 3.0 version of that file on your server.

Deleted all files and then reuploaded
same error
now this error

There seems to have been a problem with the database.

worked fine when i put the vbulletin in the forums directory but when i put it in the root directory just couldnt get it to fire up

Sounds like you've either removed all of your categories, or the category cache has not been updated properly. If you haven't removed your categories, edit one through the admin cp, save it, and that will update the cache.
