Is vBa Gallery On a Timebomb??!? Here I am brought to this conclusion for these: 1) I have make no changes to my site in the last 24 hours. 2) In that time, the gallery exploded. There are no images, what so ever. Is it possible that vbag blew itself up maybe when vBulletin decided to run an hourly clean up? Code: Content visible to verified customers only. |
Re: Is vBa Gallery On a Timebomb??!? Looks like the path to your gallery "files" directory is incorrect. It's looking for all the image files in the root of your site. |
Re: Is vBa Gallery On a Timebomb??!? Actually, after closer inspection, it looks like someone switched gallery into "safe mode compatibility". Anyone else have access to your AdminCP? AdminCP->Gallery->Maintenance->Change File Storage Method |
Re: Is vBa Gallery On a Timebomb??!? care to elaborate? |
Re: Is vBa Gallery On a Timebomb??!? Edited previous post. |
Re: Is vBa Gallery On a Timebomb??!? Holy crap! There is nothing in my Global vBadvanced Settings!?!?!? I have never heard of anything like this! How can I get back my default settings?! |
Re: Is vBa Gallery On a Timebomb??!? Also, under AdminCP->Gallery->Modify Settings make sure that the "Files Path" is still intact and looks correct. |

That's not the problem, I just changed it right now tp safe mode, right now, hoping it might fix it. |
Re: Is vBa Gallery On a Timebomb??!? Why would you do that? If your server isn't running in safe mode, you don't want to use that option. |

No... It's not correct. That WHO PAGE is nothing but BLANK FIELDS. And it doesn't have a "revert" button so I don't know what to put in all this. Someone want to copy me their settings? |
Re: Is vBa Gallery On a Timebomb??!? Ok, you switched it out of Safe Mode now. Good. Example: http://www.artanderotica.com/1/0/8/2...copy_thumb.jpg Should be: http://www.artanderotica.com/gallery...copy_thumb.jpg (At least, with a default install. If you changed the location of your "Files" directory, adjust accordingly.) Under AdminCP->Gallery->Modify Settings make sure that the "Files Path" and "Files URL" are still intact and are correct. That's what is used to build those paths... |
Re: Is vBa Gallery On a Timebomb??!? Default replacements for navbar: memberlist.php usercp.php register.php faq.php calendar.php search.php login.php forumdisplay.php profile.php private.php subscription.php member.php online.php Default replacements for footer: archive sendmessage.php |

Why would my Header Navbar and Footer Replacements dissapear? The only one with access is vBadvanced and vBulletin.com. |
Re: Is vBa Gallery On a Timebomb??!? I thought you had assigned some of your moderators as Admins so they could manage user avatars? (From a discussion on vbulletin.com) They no longer have AdminCP access? |
Re: Is vBa Gallery On a Timebomb??!? Quote:
THank you! thank you! thank you! What about header? |
Re: Is vBa Gallery On a Timebomb??!? There are none needed for the header, unless you've added some links up there... |
Re: Is vBa Gallery On a Timebomb??!? Goddamit, why doesb't vba keep ACP logs?!?!!? I want to know what happened! |
Re: Is vBa Gallery On a Timebomb??!? So, do other people have access to your AdminCP? If so, I'd start asking questions... |

I'm 90% sure it was her and that it was an accident. But she won't fess up to it, which is why i with this thing would keep logs. Is there a way to block co admins from accessing the gallery settings? |
Re: Is vBa Gallery On a Timebomb??!? With vB 3.0, it would be easy to just put the Gallery admin options iside an IF statement that was a restricted area (like with vBulletin Options). But with 3.5, it's all built dynamically, so I'm not sure. Brian may have a solution... |
