No response on support ticket?

I purchased the vBaGallery yesterday and then supported a ticket as soon as it was installed. I have yet to even have someone look at it. Nothing has been added etc. I am just curious as to what seems to be the problem? Thanks in advanced.

It takes time... (Yesterday, Brian said he should be able to get to your import "tomorrow". It's only 1:45pm, so there's another 10 hours and 15 minutes to go.

I know CS... Even if he didn't get started I figured he would at least have looked at it. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't forgotten about cause I have posted a few different things in the ticket and no one has said peep.

One of the main reasons I decided to go with Gallery vs. PhotoPost was because Brian said he could get the conversion accomplised today. Thanks for the response though.

Sorry, I was expecting the ticket and pretty much knew what it was about, so I haven't read through it yet since I didn't think there was a reason to. I'm not at home right now and can't really do much from the place I'm at, but was going to start working on things for you shortly after I get home this evening (should be around 8pm EST). I'll go take a look at the ticket now though.
