I have just upgraded vbulletin (3.0.7>3.0.12) and vbportal (>3.0.5)
Needless to say all teh changes that took place left my gallery hurting and nonfunctional. So I decided it would be best to upgrade to 1.0.1 (currently have/had RC3). In looking over the upgrade instructions and the files referenced for editing prior to the upgrade process I noticed that many if not all of the referenced change spots (index.php, udergroup.php etc) were missing form these files. Not the files themselves mind you but the lines referencing the gallery.
And the vbgallery link is also gone from admincp
Poleaxed.
Should I just edit in the changes suggested (add instead of replace) or does the absence of those phrases to begin with suggest that doing this as part of the upgrade process is going to screw the pooch?
Ought I just run the upgrade anyway or could that bork up the gallery?
I am very nervous to proceed as the last time anything like this happened (host move) many users' images were lost - not to mention I spent the last 9 hours upgrading the vbull and vbportal - and STILL have to go put all the mods back in. Since a few involved gallery access that has to wait until I get the gallery functional again.
Could anyone possibly advise me on the best course of action to take?

right now sits at:Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /includes/functions_gallery.php on line 363
If you follow a link to a users gallery you get the message about not having permission.
(last Q I swear - can i run whatever strategy is suggested with forums open and gallery closed? I DID close it back when I had the vbgallery link in admincp.)
Thanks in advance for your help!
