Error Message Problem

This is getting to be my favorite forum. I haven't physically edited any files, but I noticed this is now appearing. Any clues?

I got to add to this problem, in the gallery when I click to view a full size, I get a new screen with this all over the top of the page

I noticed something simliar while searching your forum for array function errors.

Could this be due to php 5? Becuase I just noticed my webhost is running it.
