Question Another Error Uploading Problem

Ensim security setting is set to high. My host said this will disable safe-mode.
"gallery/files" cmod = 777
I have played around and toggled the File Storage Mode.
Whenever I try to upload an image, it goes to upload.php and just shows a blank page. Any other suggestions? I've tried just about everyone that I could find on this site...

I can see the file uploaded when I ftp in to the site, however, it appears corrupted when I try to view it.

Thanks.

Re: Another Error Uploading Problem

Does your host have the GD library or ImageMagick installed?

Re: Another Error Uploading Problem

I've contacted them to find out. I'm assuming that both of these or at least one of them needs to be installed? Is there an easy way I can check to see if this is installed?

Thanks.

Re: Another Error Uploading Problem

I was told that they should be located at /usr/bin/convert

Thanks.

Re: Another Error Uploading Problem

Admin CP => vBa Gallery => Modify Settings => Uploading Options

Change the 'Resize Program' option there to ImageMagick and the 'Resize Program Path' option to '/usr/bin/' and see if that solves the problem.
