host/server switched error's

I had my host switch me to a different server at thier home location, last nite i went in to check out how the site was running and i found this error when i try to open my gallery:

How to i fix this so i can continue to use the gallery........

dang, i have been at this all day and i haven't found what happened........i haven't changed anything at all.........my host moved me to a different server they had with less load and now this is the only program that i can't use...

Nobody has a clue what to look for? I sure don't......one thing i noticed was my path used to be /home/hotwheel/public_html/gallery/, i look at the .php and it show's this path........but the error from my site keep's going to /home3/hotwheel/public_html/gallery/

there is now a 3 after the word home..........wtf?
