Navbar "X New Posts since your last visit" filepath error

I have the gallery navbar and header links all fixed except for the phrase below the welcome message in the navbar where it says (for example) "2 New Posts since your last visit."

When I am in the gallery if I click on the "New Posts since your last visit" link in the navbar it goes to:

http://mysite.com/gallery/search.php?do=getnew

instead of:

http://mysite.com/search.php?do=getnew

How can I fix this? I found the "Private Messages" phrase and was able to fix that, but am having problems fixing this part. Any help is appreciated.

Admin CP => vBa Gallery => Modify Settings => Navbar Replacements

Make sure that search.php is listed in the filenames there.

Thanks Brian-yes I checked there first before posting this thread, and it is listed there. Should I submit a ticket?

the error was due to a conflict with "Posts since last visit & New Reputation comments - v 1.2" hack from vbulletin.org. I changed the variables in global.php to include $vboptions[bburl] in all of the links in the navbar that were changed by that hack.
