Sub Category in User Galleries

Think got an issue but it might be failure to understand

User 1 Creates a sub Category under his name in a User Gallery
User 2 is able to upload an image to it

To me this does not make sense

Also - how does a User get rid of a sub Category he has created?

Admin CP => vBa Gallery => Modify Settings => User Category Options

There you will see an option where you can restrict those categories to only allow the creator the ability to upload images, or give your users the choice. There's also an option there to allow your users to delete their own images.
