Newbie help needed pictures upload but can't be viewed

Hi All,

I have vBulletin 3.0.8, vBadvanced CMPS v2.0 RC2 and vBadvanced Gallery v1.0.1. I can upload a picture and the file is saved in the correct area i.e. Gallery/files/1 but when I try to view it all I get is a blank image box with a red cross.
Also I am trying to put the gallery popup menu on the navbar template but cannot find the correct template.

All help appreciated.

Admin CP => vBa Gallery => Modify Settings => Files URL

Make sure that option is set to 'http://www.gpz900r.org/cat/gallery/files'.
