Uploading Gives SQL Error

Hey, alright, when attempting to upload into the gallery, I am now receiving this error:

Database error in vBulletin 3.0.3:

Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO vb3_adv_gallery_customfields_entries (imgid ) VALUES (425 )
mysql error: Duplicate entry '425' for key 1

mysql error number: 1062

Didn't you just change servers? I wonder if that could be related somehow.... Dunno.

Anyone know what causes this and what the fix is to this?

I just did a files and database restore and Im getting the same errors on my site and dont know why as I have checked and updated the paths.
