Upgrade Problem

My page is working good, but this comes out on top of my page....

Try editing each of your Pages and Saving them. (No changes needed, just re-save them.)

Have you deleted all of your categories? If not, go to the admin cp, edit one of your categories, and just save it so that the cache will be updated.
For the other problem, it looks like you don't have a valid number entered for the 'Number of Columns' option under your main gallery settings.
