Once a support ticket was closed, can it be reopened?

We have an ongoing ticket, and it was closed by someone before we got the issue resolved.

I have some follow up info and want to get it fixed.

Support tickets cannot be reopened once they are closed as (for your protection) all server and forum info is removed from our server once they are closed. If you are still having an issue please submit a new one and we will look into it.
