Things worked now BROKE

I am not sure what happened as things were working fine then they stopped working. can you help me out this is the errors I get.

What was the last thing you edited before you go these errors?

I havnt edited anything. They worked then now it doesnt. Nothing was touched just one day it wasnt working.

If the script is located in the subdirectory 'gallery' in your forumhome directory.
Otherwise provide the correct path from your forumhome.
