Re: Help in isolating problem....

Has the CMPS already been installed? IIRC, vBportal just prefixes image URL's with your forum's URL, while the CMPS changes those to the full URL.

Yes, vportal was already installed prior to installing the gallery. Everything seems fine except for that 1 icon image path.

this is what the propertys show

I understand that the path would normally be "images/icon/icon1.gif" But don't know what happened to give it the 1st part of the path "http://atlanticinvestments.org/online/portal/vbp/forums/". Or where to go to make the changes?

Re: Help in isolating problem....

Admin CP => vBulletin Options => Thread Display Options => Show Default Post Icon

Try checking that option and make sure it's set to the full URL to that icon.

Re: Help in isolating problem....

Thanks Brian - you gave me the lead I needed. What it turned out to be was that the "FULL URL" was listed. I changed it back to the image path and it works fine now.

That will cause it to show a broken image in your gallery posts.

All I can say Brian is that the full URL was entered (broken link was being displayed) after getting the path from you to look at - I changed it back to the image path. Since it worked I usually go with "Why ask Why" LOL

Again Thanks for the help - I didn't know where to look !!!

LOL! Well as long as everything is working for you then that's the important part.
