Images are gone
 

Hello I have been using gallery on my site http://www.dobermantalk.com/gallery/index.php? for about 3 weeks now with no problems.

Today I went to the site and tried to upload a picture and got an error saying that it could not create a folder? So I uploaded picture via FTP and tried to import it and got same error.

So I ran the updates and also Change File Storage Method and now all of a sudden I have no pictures at all. It only show a little blue postcard that says .jpg for thubnail now.

Anyone have any idea what went wrong and if I can get my images back?

Well actually it was not I but the person that installed the forum for me that was looking into the problem and I assume changing certain options.

Would you have any suggestions for me?

There's a couple of different things that could be causing the problem... Would you mind just submitting a support ticket via the Members' Area here?

Hi Brian thankyou for your post.

The person that installed the gallery for me was able to fix it by uninstalling it and reinstalling it. He then restored a backup of the MySql and it has sorted all my problem as you can see here http://www.dobermantalk.com/gallery/index.php
