adding www

Hey. I recently added my forum index page to my cmps. This caused everything to fall under the root. It was previously /eforums. For some reason my gallery file will only work if it points to thebasicconnection.com/gallery. I want it to be www.thebasicconnection.com/gallery like everything else. With it as thebasicconnection.com , the site does not recognize the users and they have to log into the gallery even if they're already in. Any suggestions?

Re: adding www

Under your main vBulletin options, what do you have set for your Cookie Domain and Cookie Path settings?

Re: adding www

I just added .thebasicconnection.com in the cookie domain and that solved the problem of having to log in twice. Thanks! That was my main problem.

The path to save cookies is set to /

Is there still a way to change the gallery to recognize the www?

Re: adding www

That looks more like a server issue as there shouldn't be any reason why adding the www would make a difference with the gallery.
