some subcategories are not appearing I have 1 category called 'Korea'. 'Korea' has 3 subcategories. But when i am viewing the category 'Korea', only 2 subcategories appear. easier if you see the following links. 2 subcategories: http://www.expatbars.com/gallery/browseimages.php?c=1 3 categories: http://www.expatbars.com/gallery/browseimages.php?c=2 why arent all 3 subcategories showing up on the first link i posted? eric |
Re: some subcategories are not appearing also on this page (http://www.expatbars.com/gallery/browseimages.php?c=1) you can see that the breadcrumb is messed up. i imagine these 2 problems are related. anyone have any ideas what is going on? eric |
Re: some subcategories are not appearing Try going to this URL to rebuild your category parents: http://www.expatbars.com/forums/admi...rebuildparents Then edit one of your categories through the admin cp and save it so that the cache will be updated and see if that helps. If not, please submit a support ticket via the Members' Area here. |
Re: some subcategories are not appearing ok, i did that but no luck. i opened a ticket. thanks eric |
